We're a small, specialized brokerage. Our clients work with the same advisor from goal-setting to closing to year-ten asset review. That's intentional.

Who we are

U.S. Investor Group is a Detroit real estate firm that places cash-flowing investment property with buyers worldwide. We've been doing this since 2010.

Most brokerages have an inventory they need to move. We don't. We're licensed agents and underwriters, not sales reps with a quota. Our recommendations are pulled from the whole market — and from a private network of sellers — based on what fits the investor sitting across the table.

Our leadership publishes market reports distributed globally. Our agents close hundreds of deals a year. Our oldest clients have been with us for over a decade.

  1. Acquisitions

    Licensed agents working daily deal flow. Off-market listings through our local-private-seller network. Disposition support when you're ready to sell.

  2. Construction + rehab

    Licensed contractors, hundreds of Detroit rehabs behind them. We pass cost-effective pricing through to clients — not into a markup.

  3. Project management

    One point of contact per client. Regular updates. Photos, invoices, code-compliance, and an honest read on what's slipping.

  4. Set-up + compliance

    LLC formation, banking, escrow, tax structure. Our CPA and attorney network has done this for clients in 20+ countries.

    We open every engagement with goals — cash flow, capital growth, retirement income, exit horizon. No inventory pressure, because there is no inventory.

  2. 02

    Customized package

    Five to ten opportunities sorted to those goals. Each with a written pro forma — rent, taxes, insurance, management, vacancy, exit comps.

  3. 03

    Purchase + close

    Independent title companies. No hidden fees. You see every line item. Due diligence support from offer through funding.

  4. 04

    After the close

    Ongoing monitoring, property management hand-off (yours or ours), and exclusive look-first access on future opportunities.
